Details:
Once you arrive at the climbing villa at Guajimico you will be greeted by the recreation manager Meylin Cruz. Once settled in, Meylin and your instructor will show you around. Climbing routes were bolted in 2015 and are located in two different areas. The first area is accessed via a short hike that takes you through an easy but impressive cave system. Once you exit the cave the routes are right there overlooking the ocean. The climbs boast a great mix of beginner to intermediate routes. The second area requires a 20-30 min. hike through a beautiful forest, along the tops of the cliffs. Near the end of the hike you follow a trail through a lush jungle valley to an isolated sand beach. This spot is tucked away from the rest of the world and has massive cliffs on both sides. Once you arrive here you will think that you have discovered your own personal oasis. Not as many routes here but it is worth the hike. Your instructor will take you there for a full day. Bring your snorkeling gear to really take advantage of this perfect spot. Climbing routes include a great beginner climb and a couple more challenging routes. Click here to download our release wavier.
